On March 25th, 2023, Zachary Tinkle went to Five Flags Speedway for the first time in his racing career to race the Pensacola 200 in the ARCA Menards Series East for Andy Hillenburg’s Fast Track Racing team in the #11 car.

Prior to the race, fans were able to participate in an on-track autograph session. Tinkle had a QR code fans could scan to get an exclusive 5 Flags Speedway Pensacola 200 hero card in the mail which was well-received. During 2023 races, fans at the track can also participate while fans not trackside can watch social media for a post of the QR code that will only be up for a short time.

Tinkle started 9th and worked his way up a couple spots during the caution-free race. (There was a planned mid-race break). This equaled one other driver in the field for hard charger of the race.

He took the checkered flag in 7th place – his best ARCA career finish. This was one spot ahead of his 8th place finish at DuQuoin in 2021.

Zachary credited the his crew, crew chief, and spotter for such a successful run and celebrated with some family, friends, and team mates after the race at Waffle House.

The delayed broadcast on CNBC had several segments showing Zachary making his way through the field with on-screen time of four minutes and thirty seconds.

Tinkle’s next race will be on April 28th at the Monster Mile in Dover for the General Tire 125.
